Quality :

Al Alaseel company, is a first company in Libya that obtained three certificates at once in the field of quality which are.

• Iso 9001: 2000
• Iso 22000 : 2005
• Libyan quality mark

This is a confirmation that the quality is not just a motto for gaining confidence and satisfaction of the consumer only, but also a restriction for ensuring the production safety through various phases by which it, passes until reaches to the consumer starting with application of health conditions to employees, production lines and factory utilities through series of examinations, and various analyses until final release of the production after confirmation of  its conformity with applicable standard specifications after performance of necessary analyses in company laboratory which is provided with equipment operated by personnel specialized in the foodstuff industry field.

Company policy :

The policy of quality and safety of food in Al Alaseel for food Industries is the confirmation by the chairman members of the board of directors, higher management and employees, of other departments of their obligation and responsibility for application at quality management and food safely systems through the following :

• Complete abidance by laws, legislation, local and international standard specifications to ensure the quality and safety of the product swell as reversion and evaluation of such abidance periodically. 
• Training, awareness of employees, development of their personal skills, diffusion of awareness of requirements of quality management system.
• Continuous improvement in performance of quality management system and food safety in the company so as to achieve clients satisfaction and generates benefit to company, employees and community.
• Provision of high and safe level of products realizing quality policy and objectives and food safety.
• This policy is reported and available to the employees and shall be revised periodically.

The quality management and food safety system is prepared in Al Alaseel for food Industries as well as the operations contained in this system are described and determination of measures necessary for controlling the relations and inter faced interactions between these operations to ensure provision of continuous services to achieve agents requirements and contrition's.
The policy which the company follow is to make the performance of such system gets at full and permanent achievement of requirement of the developed, modern management system, thus, through application of such system effectively we could achieve our end and aims which all concentrate on increase of our ability to provide sound products of high level of quality which actives our present and target agents and that our company shall be a leading one in the field of manufacturing juice and diary product at the local and international levels and for this sake we are adhered to the following :

• Continuity and calculated grow in with maintenance of the climate that leading to attraction and relining of persons qualified in the fields of company business.
• Continuous support and development of personnel skills to ensure maintenance of our leading role in the industry field.
